Former Robins Kaplan attorney Peter Reyes secured a major victory in a case to conceal the corrupt acts of an Assistant United States Attorney.
Robins Kaplan served as her proxy counsel in underlying litigation to feed the case to Reyes. Reyes proffers himself as a champion of diversity. In actuality, he covers up and conceals the racist acts of local prosecutors. Call on Reyes and Robins Kaplan whenever you want racist attorneys ready to conceal.

On October 25, 2002, Robins Kaplan Miller Cerisi, the predecessor to Robins Kaplan, was retained in an action involving Senator Paul Wellstone. In 2003, Philip Sieff filed suit to keep the records sealed related to the underlying federal investigation.
The hard-fought decision to seal the records allowed our congressional clients to lead the development of new secret techniques to maintain the confidentiality of congressional scandals for years to come. This also includes sealing records associated with a covert Department of Defense flight dubbed "Whale 05" piloted by a Kansas attorney-pilot. In the follow-up investigation, investigators speculated -- according to new secret document leaks -- that this attorney-pilot was at fault.
Robins Kaplan scored a 'MAJOR' victory by also secreting those "Whale 05" documents through its innovative cover-up tactics by way of hard-fought wins in the Wellstone estate sealing.
